These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all products published under tryorbit.one, including Feedless and Orbit, and any future products we add to this domain. By installing, accessing, or using any of these products, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the product.
Products Covered
Feedless (browser extension)
Feedless is provided "as is" to help you block distracting interface elements on supported websites. Because the sites Feedless modifies can change their layout at any time, we make no guarantee that blocking will work perfectly or continuously on every site. You use Feedless at your own discretion, and you're responsible for how you configure it.
You may uninstall Feedless at any time. We may update Feedless to maintain compatibility with supported sites or add new blocking options.
Orbit (productivity app)
Orbit is provided "as is" for personal productivity use — tasks, goals, focus sessions, and an AI assistant. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping access to your account secure.
Orbit's AI chat feature is powered by third-party AI providers (Anthropic and/or DeepSeek). Responses are generated automatically and may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete — don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.
You retain ownership of the content you create in Orbit (tasks, goals, notes, and similar data). We store it only to provide the service to you and do not claim ownership over it.
Don't use Orbit to store or transmit unlawful content, abuse the AI chat feature to generate harmful content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Future Products
Any new product we launch under tryorbit.one will be covered by these Terms, with a dedicated section added here describing anything specific to that product.
No Warranty
All products under tryorbit.one are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, any product under this domain, including loss of data, productivity, or profits.
Changes to the Service or These Terms
We may update a product, or these Terms, at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
You may stop using any product at any time by uninstalling it or deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate access to a product if these Terms are violated.
